St. Anthony is a city located in Hennepin and Ramsey counties in the state of Minnesota. Also known as Saint Anthony Village, the city has a population of approximately 8,226, with majority of its residents residing in Hennepin County. The city is run by a five-member council consisting of a mayor and four council members who serve four-year terms. St. Anthony was also the name of Minneapolis’s older twin city, across from downtown Minneapolis on the Mississippi River’s east bank.

St. Anthony Park Arts Festival – The Saint Anthony Park Arts Festival is a one-day celebration of both art and a historic Carnegie branch library. The festival features more than 70 artists, set around the picturesque library grounds and nearby shops with plant and book sales, art activities, good food and great music. The Saint Anthony Park Arts Festival is run by volunteers and organized by the St. Anthony Park Library Association, with proceeds going to the historic St. Anthony Park Branch of the St. Paul Public Library.
St. Anthony-New Brighton School District – The St. Anthony-New Brighton School District is located six miles northeast of downtown Minneapolis, serving the city of St. Anthony Village and a portion of New Brighton. Serving over 1,700 students, the school district includes Wilshire Park Elementary School, St. Anthony Middle School and St. Anthony Village High School.
