The Full Service Design option is our most commonly used service and is a great option for those who do not have the time, energy, or desire to personally transform their spaces. Gina will handle all the details from inspiration to installation – every detail handled with care.
At any given time, we have between 8-12 active projects, whether very large in scope or quite small, each is very important to us. We do everything possible to ensure that every client’s results are fabulous and that their experience working with Room Reimagined Design is exceptional. Please continue to read for more information on each stage of the design process.
During our first appointment, we will spend 1-2 hours discussing your project. This will be an opportunity to gather as much information as possible about your vision, including color and style preferences, how you see the space in terms of its functionality, and the anticipated investment in the project. This initial information really sets the stage for developing a design unique to you and your project and producing the very best results!! The first appointment will also be a time for you to get to know your designer better and view her design work portfolio.
At the conclusion of the first appointment, we will determine which elements are needed in the design plan to achieve the look you envision. We will also talk about the amount that you plan to invest in the project. At that point, if you would like to move forward, a procurement fee of 15% of the anticipated cost will be collected. The fee covers design/research time and any samples that need to be ordered specifically for your project. After the procurement fee is collected, we will embark upon creating a fabulous design plan that is tailored especially to you and your space. Rest assured that we are committed to tweaking the design until you are 100% satisfied!
At the second appointment (which is usually scheduled two weeks after the first), we will come prepared to share with you a design plan that meets all of your functional needs, is within your investment range, and will allow for your space to be all that you hope it to be. The presentation will include digital images and samples to help you visualize how your room(s) will look so that your decision making is as easy and efficient as possible. We will also provide built-in flexibility with alternative selections to suit your taste.
Because we focus on the design phase of only one or two projects at a time, we are typically able to finalize designs within 2 to 3 weeks of our first meeting. Once you are 100% satisfied with every element in your design plan, we will sign the sales agreement and a 60% deposit will be collected. Once this step is complete, your design is set into motion.
At this point, you can count on us to take care of all the details! We will be regularly tracking the progress of your project and will keep you updated on a regular basis. As the “Big Reveal” nears, we will be in touch, and tell you exactly how to prepare. for that very exciting day!!
