Dellwood is one of the smaller communities of Washington County, consisting of approximately 1,800 acres with a 2010 Census Report population of 1,063. Dellwood is situated along the Northeast shore of White Bear Lake, quietly nested into a rolling rural landscape. The area began to be settled in the early 1850’s, mostly by people moving out from St. Paul. Dellwood was reorganized into a City in 1992. Though it houses farms, its population lives in a suburban setting.
