Roseville is one of two Twin Cities suburbs that are adjacent to Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Located just north of Saint Paul and east of Minneapolis in Ramsey County, Minnesota, Roseville is known to have some of the lowest property taxes in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
